Jim Y came by and picked me up for some walking exercise. We went to Liberty Park in Cerritos, and I made it to my usual halfway point with the AFO (ankle-foot orthotic) in place. I took it off for the return trip, but it was just too tiring to make it all the way back. So Jim just had me sit in the wheelchair and pushed me back to the van. I had covered only three-fourths of the distance I normally walk.
We had lunch at Subway, and ate our sandwiches as we watched the weekend lunch crowd come in and line up.
