A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0314 quiet day

It was a quiet day at home. I was able to complete a few workouts and exercises.

A YEAR AGO TODAY: My family arrived in the morning to help me move out of the hospital. I arrived at home around noon to find a nice ramp built by my sister’s father-in-law. The den was cleaned up and the pool table was donated to a senior center in Gardena.
