A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0327 therapy

I met Rebecca for some more sit-to-stand exercises, plus some knee lifts and sidestepping in the hallway. We finished up with some exercises designed to get me to move my right leg forward and backward, while supporting myself with my left leg only. It was a good feeling.
