A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0311 therapy

I went in for therapy today. June was running a bit late, but we managed to get started with sit-to-stand exercises and some walking without the AFO.

A YEAR AGO TODAY: It was Sunday, so no therapies were scheduled. Mike & Carol came by for a visit, and they brought along Kevin & Lydia.
