Daylight Savings began at 2am, and the clocks were moved ahead one hour. Unfortunately, my internal clock was still going on standard time so I didn’t get enough sleep. As a result, I chose not to go to church today and tried to get adjusted to the new time through a series of naps. Ask me in a couple of weeks if it worked.
A YEAR AGO TODAY: I had all three therapies today.
