I went in for my physical therapy today and was met by both Rebecca and June, as today there would be a patient review with their instructor. We spent some time working on sit-to-stand and I discovered that although I have strong enough muscles in both legs to stand up straight, I have confidence issues.
The patient review went okay, as they used medical terminology to describe my right-side weakness and how therapy exercises would be used to overcome those weaknesses.
A YEAR AGO TODAY: In the evening, I was visited by Sheri, Liz and Wendi. We talked about ..... That’s just what Sheri wrote. “We talked about ...” So that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
