0320 a step in the right direction

I met Rebecca for my therapy appointment and we worked on sit-to-stand exercises from various chair heights. We also worked on sidesteps and knee lifts in the hallway. We finished up with trying to move my right leg forwards and back with all my weight on my left leg and only Rebecca providing me with support. It was difficult, but a step (pun intended) in the right direction.
