A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0307 slow day

There wasn’t a lot to do today, so I worked on exercises to strengthen my knees to give me more confidence when standing up.

A YEAR AGO TODAY: I had all three therapies today plus a visit from the ophthalmologist. It was a Wednesday, so Mike & Carol came by and brought Judy along.
