During third service today at SBCC, I sat with Tina. She gave me a small packet, to help with therapy. It contained “Fun Chop”, a small piece of plastic that attaches to the wide end of a set of chopsticks. It purpose is to train oneself in the use of chopsticks as a dining implement, but I’ve found it good for exercising the muscles of my wrist, because it provides a lot of resistance.One of these days, though, I’ll be using chopsticks again. Ever try helping yourself to dim sum with a fork?
