After the service, I joined some friends for a Christmas Eve dinner. I thought that we would end up at Norm’s again (see posts for 12/24/07, 12/24/08 and 12/24/09), but someone found out that Tony Roma’s was still open (just outside the Carson Mall), so we headed there.The last time I was at a Tony Roma’s, I ordered the Sampler, in order to decide which type of rib I’d order the next time. But that was about five years ago and I forgot which one I decided on. So I ordered the Sampler again.
It was a larger group than previous Christmas Eve’s: Mike & Carol, Judy, Janice, Wanda, Brian, Vern, Laura, Matthew, Brianne, and myself. We all had a great time!

I'm not sure about the sauce, but I really liked the beef ribs because they were meaty and the meat literally fell off the bone.
