A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0323 sign of the times

The front page of the Los Angeles Times had several articles about the Healthcare legislation just passed by Congress. They also had this photo with the caption “IN MICHIGAN: Glenn Clark and other demonstrators gather together to endorse a ballot initiative, introduced in the Legislature, that’s designed to exempt Michigan from new federal healthcare requirements.”

Either that caption is a misprint OR the “NO” sign he’s holding is about the Healthcare legislation, and thus supports the ballot initiative.
