Casey helped me with therapy, but the focus is on developing exercises that I can do with a minimum of supervision. Thus, our time was spent on using the walker instead of the sticks.
Today’s exercise concentrated on curbs and stairs. With curbs, I need to remember to step down with my right foot and step up with my left foot. As for stairs, there are several methods available and I don’t know which one I’ll be using.
