0326 curbs

During my PT therapy today, Casey had me “walking” around outside with the sticks. After negotiating a couple of downhill ramps, we crossed a small street and went up a curb. It was a little difficult, but not impossible.

We sat in a courtyard in front of the Vivian Engineering Center for just a few minutes, then down a curb, across a street, up a curb, and then up a few steps. We finished the session inside the Engineering Technology building, where we began.

It was quite a workout!
