A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0624 therapy?

I went in to the Rehab center at Long Beach Memorial for a PT evaluation today. After about an hour of tests, they determined that I had progressed sufficiently to be re-admitted to the outpatient program there. But it won’t start until mid-July because of scheduling.
