0706 busy day

The day started off slowly. That should've been the warning. Both my mother and my caregiver compared notes for the week, and determined that I needed to see my primary doc regarding my coughs and choking. Doc Hryniewicki was booked solid for the day, so they took me to an urgent care facility "just in case" around 11am. That meant having to go over my medical history and stroke recovery one more time ... I should have insisted on staying home. After some blood tests, x-rays and an EKG, I then went next door for a catscan. When all was done, they couldn't figure out what was wrong but gave me some antibiotics "just in case". I finally made it home around 7:30pm. What a waste of a day.
