A word about my blog .....

I'm using this blog to keep notes on my life and experiences, plus to keep track of my own recovery from a stroke (December 2006).

For those of you who were not aware, my brother, John, died on February 10, 2010. His remains were cremated and interred at Green Hills Memorial Park.

0601 the week in review

A lot happened this week. There were therapies on Tuesday and Thursday. PT expects me to be walking on my own in a couple of weeks, but we'll see. OT is still working on getting the muscles in my right shoulder to fire correctly. Speech thinks I'm doing okay but I still can't get the right vocal chord to kick in. This should prove to be very entertaining at karaoke night.
